Currently, the SIS, Simplify ticketing, knowledge base and other components are set up at the tenant level. However, some roles may or may not require all those features. Hence, we must refactor our code so that we can define the role-based permissions for those features.
For example, in the student view, if an institution does not want the user to have access to SIS information or knowledge base articles then the same should be disabled for that role.
This will apply to adding notes, draft tickets, alerts, etcetera sections.
