Generating a Self-Registration Link for a Specific Course

The following steps will take you through the process of generating a self-registration/self-enrollment link for a specific course. For information on generating a link for a specific learning plan, please see our “Generating a Self-Registration Link for a Learning Plan” guide.

Note: Both new and existing learners can use the same link to access a course. Existing learners will be prompted to login after using the link, but new users will need to register. Make sure to provide your institution’s branch code along with the self-registration link to any new user.

1. Login to your TA account on learn.ue.org.

Sharing a Course You Aren’t Enrolled In

2. Access the user menu in the top-left corner of the screen.

3. Click “Course Catalog”

4. Click on the course you’d like to share.

5. Click “Share”

6. Copy the link.

Generating a Link for a Course You’re Enrolled In

7. Click the three lines in the top-right corner to access the user menu.

8. Click “Learning Center”

9. Click the three dots next to the course you’d like to share.

10. Then click Get Sharable Link. This will copy the link to the course.
