Updating a User’s Password

Use this guide to reset a learner’s password and require them to create a new password when they next sign in.

Key Point

Resetting a learner’s password allows them to regain access to the Learning Portal. For security purposes, UE recommends selecting the option to force the learner to create a new password at their next login.

Accessing User Management

  1. Log in to your account at learn.ue.org.
  2. Click User Management.

Resetting A User’s Password

  1. Locate the learner and click the ellipsis menu next to their account.

  1. Click Edit.

  1. Enter the new password.
  2. Select Force Users To Change Their Password At Their First Login.

  1. Click Update to save your changes.

Tip

If the learner is currently signed in, they may need to sign out and sign back in before using their updated password.
