Manager User Guide

Use this guide to manage your team, monitor learner progress, assign training, access reports, and add or remove team members.

Key Point

Managers can monitor team activity, review training progress, enroll team members in courses, access reports, and manage team membership from the My Team page.

Understanding The Manager Role

Managers can monitor learner progress, enroll team members in training, review reports, and maintain their team structure.

Depending on your institution’s configuration, you may also be able to add existing learners to your team.

Accessing The My Team Page

  1. Log in to learn.ue.org.
  2. Open the left navigation menu.
  3. Click My Team.

Access the My Team page from the left navigation menu.

The Team Members page is displayed first and provides an overview of everyone currently assigned to your team.

Managing Team Members

Use the action menu next to a learner’s name to access management options.

Team Member Actions
Action Purpose
Enroll In Courses Assign training to a team member.
View Progress Review learner activity and completion status.
Remove From Team Remove a learner from your team.

Important: The Send Email option is not available in the UE Learning Portal, even if it appears in the menu.

Reviewing Course Progress

Select the Courses tab to review course completion and progress information across your team.

Select the Learning Plans tab to review learning plan progress and completion information.

Running Reports

Select the Reports tab to access available reports and export team training information.

Adding Team Members

  1. Click Add Team Member.

  1. Enter the learner’s email address.
  2. Select the learner from the dropdown list.
Search Learner
  1. Click Add Team Member to send the request.

Important

Learners must already have an account before they can be added to a team.

Note: Learners must accept the invitation before they appear on your team. Training Administrators can manually create manager-to-learner relationships when needed.
