Generating Self-Registration Links for Learning Plans

1. Login to your account on learn.ue.org.

2. From the admin home page, click the gear icon in the top-right corner.

3. Then, click on “Learning Plans.”

4. Search for the learning plan you’d like to share. Or, if it’s already in view, click on the hyperlinked name of the learning plan.

5. You’ll find the self-registration link in the enrollment options.

6. If it’s not already checked, make sure to check ‘enable the enrollment link’ for this learning plan.

7. You can then copy that full link and send it to your learners.

8. Tip: We recommend sharing the whole link, rather than sharing a shortened version or hyperlinking text. Some email programs will block hyperlinked text, so learners may need to copy the full link and paste it directly into their browsers’ URL bar.

Then, click Save Changes.
