Generating Self-Registration Links

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to generate self-registration links on learn.ue.org. By following these steps, users can easily create and share registration links for their learning plans, making it convenient for others to enroll and access the desired content.

• Login to your account on learn.ue.org

Self-Registration Links for Learning Plans

1. Click the gear icon in the upper left corner to open the Admin Menu.
2. Click “Learning plans.”
3. Use the pencil icon on the righthand side to edit an existing learning plan.
4. Click “Share” to access the sharing options.
5. Click “Enable enrollment links for this learning plan”
6. Click “Copy” to copy the registration link.

Note: You can then share the registration link with your users.

Self-Registration Links for Courses

1. Open the User Menu in the top-left corner.
2. Click “Course Catalog”
3. Open the course you’d like to share.
4. The course will automatically start playing. Click the X in the upper right corner to close it and view the course information page.
5. Click “SHARE”
6. Copy the link and send it to your learners.
