Generating Self-Registration Links for Learning Plans

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to generate self-registration links for learning plans. For information on generating links for a specific course, please our guide on the subject.

 

1. Login to your account on learn.ue.org

2. Click the gear icon in the upper left corner to open the Admin Menu.

3. Click “Learning plans.”

4. Use the pencil icon on the righthand side to edit an existing learning plan.

5. Click “Share” to access the sharing options.

6. Click “Enable enrollment links for this learning plan”

7. Click “Copy” to copy the registration link.

Giving Instructions to Learners

Tip: Existing learners will be prompted to login to their account after clicking the link.

New learners will need the following information:

  1. The enrollment link
  2. Your branch code (The code that ties your learners to your institution)
  3. Any information you’d like them to include in additional fields (Need to hide or enable any additional fields? Reach out to launch@ue.org for help.)

8. Your institution’s branch code is displayed in the blue bar in your Admin Panel.
