1. Go to https://learn.ue.org/learn.
2. Select Forgot Password located beneath the sign-in fields.
3. Enter your email or username.
4. A password reset link will be sent to the email address associated with the user’s Learning Portal account.

Note: If multiple password reset emails are requested, earlier links become invalid. The user must wait for the most recent email and use the link in that message.
