Unenrolling Learners from a Course

1. Login to the Admin Panel at learn.ue.org.

2. Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner to open the Admin Menu.

3. Click “Course management”

4. Search for the course you’d like to enroll the user(s) from and click on the icon under the Enrolled Users header.

5. Use the search box to look for the user you’d like to un-enroll.

6. Click the checkbox next to the user(s) you’d like to remove to select them.

7. Click the Choose Action button in the bottom-right corner.

8. Then click Unenroll.

9. Click “Unenroll” to confirm the unenrollment.

Alert: Learners can’t be unenrolled from a course that is part of a learning plan they’re in. You will need to remove them from the learning plan before you can remove them from the course.
