Each LMS is slightly different so you may need to try both download methods if you get an error on the first method you try.

Regardless of the method, do not unzip the zipped file you download! You need to upload the full zipped file into your LMS for it to work.

Downloading the SCORM Files

1. Login to UE’s Box.com account using the Non-SSO option. You should land on the course catalog folder for either Higher Education Courses or K12 Courses, depending on your institution.

2. Hover over the course folder you’d like to download. In this example, we’re downloading “Avoiding Supervisory Pitfalls.” When you hover your mouse over the title, three dots will appear on the righthand side. Click the three dots to bring up more options.

3. Then, click “Download.” Once the folder has downloaded, do not unzip the file and upload the zipped file to your LMS.

Method 2: Downloading just the course zip file

4. If Method 1 doesn’t work, try downloading just the zip file in the folder. This time, instead of downloading the folder, click on the name of the folder to open it. For this example, we’ll click “Avoiding Supervisory Pitfalls”

5. Then, hover over the zip file inside and click “Show More Options”

6. Click “Download.” Again, do not unzip the file you download. Upload the full, zipped file to your LMS.
