Enrolling Learners in a Learning Plan via a CSV File

This guide provides a straightforward method for enrolling users in a learning plan using a CSV file, similar to the process for enrolling learners into courses using a CSV file.

1. Login to your account at learn.ue.org

2. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open your Admin Menu.

3. Go to the Learning Plans section.

4. Find the learning plan you’d like to enroll learners in and click the hyperlinked name to open the learning plan details page.

5. Click the green plus sign in the top-right corner.

6. Then click Manage enrollments via CSV.

Tip: You’ll need to have your learners in a csv file before proceeding. If you used a csv to create your learners, you can use the same file. You can also download our template here.

7. Click “Enroll users”

8. Click “CSV file (required)” to open your browser and select your file for upload.

9. Click “Consider the first row as header”

10. Click “Confirm”

11. Click “Username”

12. Map the headers like you would in the bulk upload process or course enrollment process. Username is a required field. Do not use User ID.

13. Click “Import” to import.
