Extending a Learning Plan Deadline

If you set a hard deadline/enrollment validity period when enrolling learners into a learning plan, they will be locked out of their courses if they don’t complete the courses by the deadline. You can extend or removed this deadline using the steps below.

1. Login to your Admin Panel on learn.ue.org

2. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to access the Admin Menu

3. Click “Learning plans”

4. Search for the learning plan you’d like to adjust and click on the learning plan’s blue hyperlinked title.

5. Click the “Enrollments” tab at the top of the page.

6. Search for the users who need the extension, then click on the three dot Action menu that appears when you hover over their name.

7. Then click “Edit Enrollment.”

8. Uncheck the box next to “Enable enrollment validity period” to remove the deadline altogether or jump to the next step to adjust the deadline. Click confirm to save your changes.

9. Click on the calendar icon next to the end of validity date to change the date.

10. Choose the new deadline and click “set date and time.”

11. Click “CONFIRM” to save your changes.
