The verification code is sent to your registered email address and expires after 5 minutes.

Step-By-Step Process

1. Log In To The Learning Portal using your institution’s designated sign-in location.
2. Navigate To The Course Page
   • Once logged in, go to the Courses section.
   • Select your required New York United course.
3. Request Verification Code
   • Once you have completed the course materials, navigate to the eSignature button to verify your identity.
4. Check Your Email
   • After requesting the code, check your registered email address.
   • You should receive an email with the 6-digit verification code within a few minutes.
5. Enter The Verification Code
   • Enter the verification code you received in the email into the designated field.
   • Click Complete Course to verify your code and complete the course.

Didn’t Receive The Email?

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Make sure your email address is correctly registered in your account settings.
• If you still do not receive the email, contact support for assistance.

Verification Code Not Working?

• Make sure you entered the code correctly.
• Double-check for any typos.
• If the code has expired, request a new one by repeating the steps above.
