My Activities

Use the My Activities page to review your profile details, course enrollments, learning plans, and retraining records in one place.

Key Point

The My Activities page is part of your user menu and includes several tabs that summarize your learning activity and profile information.

Opening My Activities

  1. Click MY ACTIVITIES in your user menu.

Statistics

The Statistics tab summarizes your general activity information, such as your email address, last access date, total time in the platform, and the number of active courses you are enrolled in.

You can also review graphs related to course progress, activity, course views, and performance information.

Additional Information

The Additional Information tab shows other profile details associated with your account, such as your role, department, or ID.

Courses

The Courses tab shows the courses you are enrolled in and any archived enrollments you may have.

Use the Enrollment Status dropdown to switch between active and archived enrollments.

Tip: Each row represents an enrollment.

For active enrollments, the table may show the course title and code, enrollment status, enrollment and completion dates, expiration date, credits, total time spent, and final score.

If you earned a certificate, click the medal icon at the end of the row to download it.

For archived enrollments, the table also shows the archive date. You can still download the certificate for an archived enrollment.

Notes On Enrollment Expiration Dates:

  • Expiration dates are displayed in UTC.
  • If an expiration date appears in red, the course does not have a soft deadline and access will be blocked on that date.

Learning Plans

The Learning Plans tab shows the learning plans you are enrolled in.

Each row shows the learning plan name and code, the number of courses in the plan, and your progress as a percentage.

Content Retraining

The Content Retraining area shows the learning plan certifications you have earned.

Each row displays the certification title, description, date of issue, date of expiration, and the renewal window.
