Updating Your Profile Information

Your profile allows you to manage your personal information, password, and account preferences. This article explains how to update your profile information in the UE Learning Portal.

Accessing Your Profile

  1. Sign in to the UE Learning Portal.

  1. Click your user profile menu in the upper-right corner of the page.

Updating Your Profile Information

You can update information such as your name, email address, phone number, and other profile fields available to you.

  1. Update the information you want to change.

  1. Update your email address if needed.

  1. Click Save changes to apply your updates.

Note: Some profile fields may be managed by your organization and cannot be edited. If you cannot update a field, contact your Training Administrator.


Managing Your Account Settings

Your profile page also provides access to additional account settings.

  1. Click Change password to update your Learning Portal password.

If you’ve forgotten your password, use the Forgot your password? link from the login page instead.

  1. Click Preferences to view and manage any available personal settings.

The available preferences vary by organization and may include language or notification settings.

  1. Click Conditions of use to review the Learning Portal’s privacy policy and terms.

  1. Click Companion to access Companion settings if your organization uses the Companion app.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can’t I edit my name or email?

Some organizations manage learner information through an HR system, Student Information System (SIS), or another automated process. If a field is locked, contact your Training Administrator to request an update.

Will updating my profile affect my completed courses?

No. Updating your personal information does not affect your course enrollments, learning history, or certificates.

Do I need to save my changes?

Yes. Your updates will not take effect until you click Save changes.

I don’t see all of these options.

The settings available in My Profile vary by organization. Your Training Administrator determines which fields and account settings learners can access.
