Step-by-Step Process

1. Log In to the Learning Portal using your institutions designated sign in location
2. Navigate to the Course Page
   • Once logged in, go to the “Courses” section.
   • Select your required New York United course
3. Request Verification Code
   • Once you have completed the course materials navigate over the e-Signature button to verify your identity
4. Check Your Email
   • After requesting the code, check your registered email address.
   • You should receive an email with the 6-digit verification (One Time Password, OTP) code within a few minutes.
5. Enter the Verification Code
   • Once you have entered the verification code click complete course
   • Enter the verification code you received in the email into the designated field.
   • Click Complete Course to verify your code and complete the course

*Note* The included 6-digit verification code expires after 5 minutes after you have received the email. If it expires, click Resend the One Time Password, to receive a new code

Troubleshooting

• Didn’t Receive the Email?
  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Ensure that your email address is correctly registered in your account settings.
  • If you still don’t receive the email, contact support for assistance.
• Verification Code Not Working?
  • Ensure you entered the code correctly.
  • Codes are case-sensitive, so double-check for any typos.
  • If the code has expired, request a new one by repeating the steps above.
