The New Admin/Learner Navigation Coming

New Navigation Menus- Quick Hits

Docebo has rebuilt the admin navigation from the ground up and introduced Launch Pad, a new way to discover and use select platform capabilities on your own terms.

Here’s a quick overview of what to expect.

New Admin Navigation

The new navigation isn’t just a cosmetic update. It’s a overhaul of how the admin experience is organized, built around how you actually spend your time in the platform.

What changed:

  • Reorganized admin menu — a clear, logical hierarchy so the page you need is where you’d expect it to be
  • Redesigned header — less clutter, key actions within easy reach
  • Favorites — pin the pages you use most for one-click access from anywhere in the nav
  • Streamlined personal settings — profile management is now more accessible and logically placed
  • Accessibility improvements — WCAG-aligned across both admin and learner views

Less time navigating. More time building training that matters.

New Learner Navigation

This navigation is very similar to the admin navigation without the administrator features.

  • Learning Center — Course access and display will remain the same.
  • “What’s New” notification — Learners will be giving the option to walk-through the changes within the learning portal by clicking on the the “New navigation” help guide.

The new interface will go live on June 1st.

Please email Launch@ue.org if you have any additional questions or concerns.

In-Depth Overview

We’ll be updating all of the current admin guides in line with the new UI changes, so stay tuned for those.  In the meantime, here is a more in-depth look at the upcoming changes.

Background Jobs

Waiting on a bulk upload or report to process?  You can quickly jump back to the background jobs page now by clicking on the “refresh” icon in the top-right corner of the page.

You can also click the new refresh button to update the status of your job without having to refresh the entire page every time.

Everything You Need in the Side Menu

You no longer need to remember if something is located in the gear cog Admin Menu in the top-right or on the user menu on the left side.  Everything has been brought over to that left side menu.

The menu will close/disappear when your mouse moves away from it, but you can disable that feature by clicking the “Keep Menu Open” icon to lock it in place.

Favorites

Are you constantly bouncing between the Users and Reporting tab and don’t want to search for them each time?  You can now add any page to the Favorites section of the menu by clicking the heart symbol to the right of it’s name.

Simplified Action Buttons

The buttons for importing, creating, and managing have been given an update as well.  You get all the same functions and abilities, now in a cleaner and easier to navigate layout.
