Bulk Enrolling Learners in a Course with a CSV

Use this guide to enroll multiple learners into a course at once using a CSV file.

Key Point

If you used UE’s bulk user upload template to create learner accounts, you can often use the same file for course enrollment as long as the Course Level field remains set to Student.

Opening The Course

  1. From the Admin Homepage, click Course Management.

  1. Locate the course you want to enroll learners into.
  2. Click the blue hyperlinked course name.

  1. Open Manage Enrollments and select Manage Enrollments Via CSV.

Uploading The CSV File

  1. Drag and drop your CSV file into the upload area, or click the upload area to browse for the file.

  1. Click Advanced Settings.

  1. Enable Consider First Row As Header if your CSV file contains column headers.

Mapping CSV Fields

Match the columns in your CSV file to the corresponding Docebo fields.

Important: The required fields for course enrollment imports are Username and Level.

Importing And Enrolling Learners

  1. Click Import.
  2. Review the enrollment summary.
  3. Click Enroll Users to begin the import.

Username Learner email address or username
Level Student

Tip: If you created learners using UE’s bulk upload template, you can often reuse the same file for course enrollment.
