Training Implementation

1. Login to your account on learn.ue.org

2. Click the gear icon in the upper left corner to open the Admin Menu.

3. Click “Learning plans.”

4. Use the pencil icon on the righthand side to edit an existing learning plan.

5. Click “Share” to access the sharing options.

6. Click “Enable enrollment links for this learning plan”

7. Click “Copy” to copy the registration link.

Tip: You can then share the registration link with your users.

8. Open the User Menu in the top-left corner.

9. Click “Course Catalog”

10. Open the course you’d like to share.

11. The course will automatically start playing. Click the X in the upper right corner to close it and view the course information page.

12. Click “SHARE”

13. Copy the link and send it to your learners.

Tip: Learners will need the following information:

1. The enrollment link
2. Your branch code (The code that ties your learners to your institution)
3. Any information you’d like them to include in additional fields (Need to hide or enable any additional fields? Reach out to launch@ue.org for help.)

14. Your insitution’s branch code is displayed in the blue bar in your Admin Panel.

15. Send your learners instructions for logging in.

Below is an example announcement. Add your institution’s information to the bolded sections:

[Draft an announcement to learners regarding the purpose of the training.]

We ask that you complete the following courses:

[COURSE TITLE(S)]

To begin training, follow these steps:

1. Go to [self-registration link]
   1. Complete the Registration form.
   2. Enter your first name, last name, and email address
   3. Create and confirm your password
   4. Select your language
   5. Enter the following branch code: XXXXXXX
   6. Review and accept the Privacy Policy
2. Click Next
3. You will be taken directly to the course content
4. Complete the training.

You will receive a confirmation email upon successful completion of each course.
