Creating Self-Registration/Enrollment Links for Courses

Use this guide to generate a shareable link for a course and distribute it to learners.

Key Point

Course links can be generated from either the Learning Center or the Course Catalog. The generated link can be shared with learners and other users who have access to the course.

Generating A Link For A Course You’re Enrolled In

If the course already appears in your Learning Center, you can generate a shareable link directly from the course card.

Click Learning Center.

Open the course action menu.
Select Get Shareable Link.

The course link is automatically copied to your clipboard and can be pasted into emails, messages, websites, or documentation.

Generating A Link For A Course You’re Not Enrolled In

If you are not enrolled in the course, you can generate a link from the Course Catalog.

Click Course Catalog.

Select the course.

Click Share.

Copy the generated course link.
