Viewing Archived Completion Data

Use this guide to view archived completion data from a learner profile, the Enrollments tab in Course Management, or a custom report.

Tip

There are a few ways to view archived completion data: on an individual learner’s profile, from the Enrollments tab in Course Management, or by building a report.

Finding archived enrollments on the learner profile

  1. Navigate back to the Admin Homepage.
  2. Click User Management.
  3. Search for the user by name or email address.
  4. Hover over the user’s information and click the three dots on the right side.
  5. Click User Personal Summary.
  6. Click Courses.
  7. Select Archived enrollments.

Viewing archived enrollments for a specific course

  1. Return to the Enrollments tab in the Course Management section.
  2. Click the arrow in the middle of the page to change the enrollment type.
  3. Select Archived enrollments.

Using a custom report to view archived enrollments

  1. Build a custom report or edit an existing report to include archived enrollments.  We’ve also created a custom report for you that already include archived completion data.
  2. For more information on building custom reports, see Creating Custom Reports & Scheduling Reports.
  3. To edit an existing report, find the report in your list and click its name.
  4. Click Filters.
  5. Choose Active and Archived Enrollments to include both, or Archived Enrollments to view only archived enrollments, then click Save.
