Generating a List of TAs at Your Institution

Use this guide to generate a list of all Training Administrators and Limited Training Administrators at your institution.

Key Point

Training Administrators and Limited Training Administrators are both classified as Power Users in the Learning Portal. Filtering users by Power User level provides a list of all users with administrator permissions.

Opening User Management

  1. Open the Admin Homepage.
  2. Click User Management.

Open the filtering options.

Applying The Power User Filter

  1. Click Add Filter.

  1. Select Level.

  1. Select the Is operator.

  1. Select Power User from the Level dropdown.

  1. Click Confirm.

Reviewing The Results

The filtered list will display all users who have administrator-level permissions within your institution.

Training Administrator Yes
Limited Training Administrator Yes
Managers No
Learners No

To work with all filtered users, select the checkbox at the top of the user list.

Select all filtered users.

Tip: This filter is useful when reviewing administrator access, preparing permission audits, or identifying users who need to be added or removed from administrator roles.
